We use UPS as our primary international shipping method. We also offer regular postal service for some regions. Please note, delivery options may vary depending on your location. View what's currently available to you at checkout.

We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping for any order over €300. 

Returns:

As our customer you are entitled to return the goods you have purchased within 14 days, without any specific reason. The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return and returned goods shipped cost on delivery will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in an unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging if applicable. We also recommend, in case of dispute, that you retain proof of postage and means of tracking the shipment.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

  • For all returns, your Order Form must be included in the return shipment, as well as the product in pristine condition with its original packaging, 
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging if applicable. If the returned items failed to meet this requirement, the return will not be accepted. 
  • The return item must be well packaged, and meets all the required conditions.
  • For all international returns, please contact  info@perroofficial.com to request a return label, mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and  the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
  • We are not taking any liability for any packages returned to us unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
  • If you choose to use another shipping method for your return, we take no responsibility for neither the shipment nor extra charges that might occur such as tax/toll, duties and fees in regards to customs handling, and these extra charges will in that case be withdrawn from your refunded amount. 

After we have received and checked your return, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the refund might take up to 14 days depending on your original payment method. 

VAT - outside the European Union
Our site is "geo sensitive" and will automatically show you the price without VAT if you are browsing from outside the EU. No VAT will be charged. However, any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

UK taxes and Brexit

Ordering from - Shipping to UK

The Brexit Transition Period ended on December 31, 2020. As a result, effective January 1, 2021, new laws apply to sales between the UK and the EU.

Due to recent changes in the UK & EU’s trade agreements, VAT will no longer be charged for customers living within the UK on their purchases from Perro based in the Netherlands. However, the customer will be responsible for clearance costs and VAT at arrival in the UK. The shipping cost remain the same, however it does not include the clearance costs and VAT.
